The first DUSANE was organised by staff members and students of Leiden University in the spring of 2006. Due to its success, it was decided to make the symposium an annual occasion. Consequently, in the spring of 2007 and the autumn of 2008, DUSANE II & III were held, both in Leiden. DUSANE IV was held in March 2010. We hope to organise a Fifth DUSANE in 2011. The abstracts of the lectures given at the previous editions of DUSANE can be downloaded below.
